Dispatch


  • How much are my shipping costs?

    Shipping costs are 5 euros per shipment within the Netherlands.

  • What is the delivery time?

    At the moment the invoice is paid, the order is sent with a track & trace code. At the moment it is received by PostNL, it is often delivered within 48 hours.

  • What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

    Many of our packages are sent as a letterbox package. This means that you do not have to be home to accept the package. If the order is delivered in a package, you will receive a note from PostNL through the letterbox with instructions.


Payment


  • What payment methods do you have?

    At this moment we only have the payment option to transfer via IBAN.

  • If I return my purchase, will I get my money back?

    As soon as the product is returned unused, undamaged, odorless, on time and correctly, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and the shipping costs paid.

  • What is our return policy?

    If you would like to exchange or return something, you can email info@tamaska.eu to register your product. We will then send you a return form and further information.
